CurrentResponsible for electrical systems and projects in Miranda, Jaguara and Ponte de Pedra Hydropower plants, focusing on project management, failure analysis, technical specifications, contracting processes, engineering and commissioning activities ensuring availability and reliability of generators units with operational, health and environmental safety. - Technically managing the Miranda Hydropower plant refurbishment project for electronic systems such as SCADA, protection, digital speed governor and excitation systems- Deployed the agile framework Scrum in 3 hydropower plants, acting as Agile coach for technical teams of OEM, H&S, administrative and environment, leading a team of 10 agilists and presenting the case at ENGIE’s Agile Day in Paris (2019)- Planned, prepared technical specifications, and managed contracting processes of several projects: o AC auxiliary service system modification to ensure asset separation CEMIG/ENGIE o Electrical distribution system’s refurbishment and modification o AC/DC converter system’s refurbishment, for feeding the CC auxiliary service o Fire detection and alarm system’s refurbishment of Miranda and Jaguara Hydropower plants o DC/AC converter system’s refurbishment, for feeding the uninterrupted power system o Powerhouse cranes and intake and outflow gantries control system’s refurbishment o Thermography maintenance program improvement o Atmospheric discharge protection system’s expansion- Coordinated and conducted equipment and system failure analysis following mitigation plans- Prepared, reviewed, and managed O&M documentation such as technical instructions, work plans, isolation plans and operational manuals- Technically supported O&M teams- Analyzed KPIs to ensure goal’s achievements on availability and failure rates- Managed and conduct improvement actions to comply with insurance companies’ guidelines- Collaborated with ENGIE Brazil’s tactical group of innovation
