    When I took over digital marketing at the company, I was responsible for a series of projects involving lead generation, user experience, performance improvements and customer relationship.During my time with 7LM, I drafted our privacy policy and adapted our digital resources to LGPD (the Brazilian equivalent to EU's GDPR), which was implemented during 2020, redesigned audiences and campaigns on all our ad fronts and, thus in less than a year we were able to achieve 110% growth in lead generation for the sales team and 470% growth in website visitors, reaching a conversion rate between visits and leads 4x higher than that of the real state segment average in Brazil, resulting in 150% more sales in the last month.In the design and UX front, I managed the project for our new website, designed to improve on lead generation performance, including a series of analytical and tracking resources to identify the efficiency of our channels and campaigns, user behavior and populate customer and lead lists to be used in a richer data set in our digital marketing campaigns.I took part in the implementation and management of our marketing automation strategy, including relationship flows and and behavior based lists, developed and wrote the bot and its routes for our digital assistant and its deployment on WhatsApp, as well as several integrations with real state websites and software partners, to improve the quality of data received and controlled in our automation software.

    Operating in the tourism segment since 1983, in 2017 Bancorbrás started developing an innovation project to design a new product for this segment. To enter a new market front, it has developed an internal startup, called Voalá, and its objective is to operate in the OTAs market, incorporating a series of innovations in planning and buying any given trip.Being part of the innovation workgroup, I've done in-depth interviews with online travel platforms' users, designed experience and buyer's journeys closely related to the customer needs, and developed and tested prototypes to validate the proposed user experience. I also took part in mapping target audiences, technical and business needs surveying to implement the project, viability analysis, marketing planning for the launch and first year operation of the startup, and in designing the visual Identity and communication aspects of the brand: logotype, brand persona and communication elements focused on behavioral target and conversion performance.Developing this new business solution was a very rich experience, which provided me knowledge from the project's concept to the development of a MVP and its public launch. Voalá was entirely done using agile methodologies, with the use of design sprints to validate concepts observed in, virtually, all product development steps, and this new experience was fundamental in changing the way I conducted parallel projects for the company.The product is in its test phase and will soon be made available in beta for all users.
