The Pacific Motorway M1/M3/Gateway merge is a $190M upgrade of the southbound section of the motorway at Eight Mile Plains.This upgrade includes:- Up to five southbound lanes on the Pacific Motorway between Eight Mile Plains and Rochedale South (Exit 19)- Relocation of the existing bus entry from the Eight Mile Plains Bus Station onto the Pacific Motorway- Replacement of the Underwood Road bridge to a new four lane overpass- Managed motorway technologies from Klumpp Road to Rochedale Road.As Community and Stakeholder Advisor, my responsibilities include:- Development and distribution of external communications- Effective communication and ongoing liaison with external stakeholders- Managing access to private property- Responding to enquiries and complaints in a timely manner- Developing internal communications collateral- Developing awards submissions- Media forecasting and event support.

The $650M Kingsford Smith Drive upgrade involves widening a 3.5 kilometre section of the road between Eagle Farm and Hamilton in Brisbane, including construction of a 1.2 kilometre river walk structure and upgrading and replacing underground services.As Community and Stakeholder Advisor, my responsibilities include:- Managing all community interactions and stakeholder relationships in the western section of the project, which includes construction of the new river walk structure- Managing property adjustment process and works- Developing internal communications collateral- Coordinating Community Reference Group meetings and interactions- Drafting and coordinating delivery of communication collateral, including digital channels - Developing award submissions- Media forecasting and event support- Assisting with development of Community Engagement Plans for future tenders.
