My area of work involves overall management and supervision of all aspects of the rocket launch process. And is responsible for leading a team to ensure the smooth execution of launch missions, from design and testing to actual launch. I work closely with multiple departments, including design, manufacturing, quality control, and launch teams to ensure rocket system integrity and reliability. I am responsible for resolving any potential technical issues and taking the necessary steps to ensure the success of the launch mission. In addition, I am also involved in the research and development of new technologies to continuously improve our launch capabilities and efficiency.

Assist in the design and execution of rocket launch missions. I am responsible for monitoring and analyzing pre-launch preparations, including checking equipment and system status to ensure all technical parameters meet requirements. During the launch process, I work closely with the team to resolve issues that may arise and ensure the mission is successfully completed. I am also involved in evaluating post-launch data to improve future launch plans and procedures. This position requires solid technical skills, clear logic, and the ability to calmly respond to problems in a high-pressure environment.

Ensure the smooth progress of the rocket launch mission. I am responsible for performing various preparatory tasks, including inspecting and testing rocket systems to ensure they meet requirements. I work closely with the team to coordinate all pre-launch activities including equipment preparation, countdown procedures and scheduling of launch windows. During the launch process, I was responsible for monitoring the status of the rocket and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful mission completion. I am also involved in resolving any issues that may arise to ensure safety and efficiency. My job requires a high degree of expertise and teamwork to ensure every launch goes smoothly.

When airlines are had problems with their Boeing 787, I helped guide them step-by-step on how to resolve the issue. I would first analyze the problem at hand through the description and pictures the airlines sent us to determine if the problem had to do with manufacturing or engineering. This helped determine if the issue at hand is specific to that certain aircraft or the entire fleet. Once that issue was solved, I would write and publish a service bulletin, or all-operators letter, to close the case and to allow a reference for any possible future occurrences. I also created official forms that the project engineers that I worked with could send out to the field. I engineered a form in which the airline operators receive and fill out when upgrading life limited parts on the nacelle. This provides trace-ability to both the costumer and the company regarding which airplanes have which specific parts currently installed on them. Another form I produced allowed project engineers to provide costumers with official repair sign-offs to minor damages on the nacelle, something that could not previously be done. I also wrote a procedure to allow costumers to remove and replace a lip skin segment from the inlet in case one were to get damaged. This technical procedure details every nut and fastener that needs to be removed or installed, along with the frames and harnesses, in order to successfully complete the replacement. This procedure was written for each of the three configurations for both engines on the 787.Tooling wise, I designed and modeled a fixture in CATIA, that would be used as a test bed for vibration-testing certain fasteners on the nacelle. With the models that I converted to shop drawings in CATIA, the shop technicians were able to mill and lathe the parts to successfully carry out the tests. I also created a tool to remove and replace damaged bushings on the nacelle, which the costumers could manufacture on their own with the drawings I engineered.

I oversee product quality, perform quality control activities, and assist with process improvements to ensure products meet standards and specifications.
