-Directly supervise two director level staff, three departments which account for roughly $1.7 million of Camp Weaver's annual budget: Summer Camp, Outdoor Education/Retreat Rentals, and Food Service-Joined the Camp Corral (a nationwide specialty camp program serving campers whose parents/guardians are wounded/fallen military veterans) as a Program/Operations Advisory Committee Member as a representative of 19 partner camps across the country.-Serve as an Accreditation Mentor for camps undergoing American Camp Association training-Still responsible for most of the duties listed below in my previous position.

-Hire, supervise, and train 2 full-time coordinators, 70 summer seasonal staff, and 8 Spring/Fall Outdoor Education/Retreats Staff-Assisted with the extremely significant and rapid growth (125% increase in overall budget size) over the last five years-Oversaw the growth of our Outdoor Education programming from roughly 10 participating schools to over 60, developing multiple long-term partnerships with a large variety of schools, teachers, and administrators, as well as a full curriculum of over 30 unique environmental education classes-Strong retention of a sustainable weekend retreat/rental group program with established multi-year commitments and experience working with both local and national corporate groups, churches, non-profits, etc. -Assisted in major camp programming expansions with a wide variety of new activities, including: Paintball Obstacle Course, Mountain Biking, Podcasting/Audio Production, Financial Literacy, Videography, Digital Photography, Nature Center/Mini Farm, SUPs, CORCLs, Sewing/Needlepoint, Outdoor Cooking, and more-Develop, facilitate, and oversee a 9 day summer staff training program, incorporating a wide variety of presenters while maintaining relevance to the next generation of campers and staff, and helped facilitate online pre-camp training for all camp staff in the association-Serve as a planning committee member and lead of the Marketing/Communications Committee for YMCA Campfire Conference since 2015, handling email communication, social media, the adoption of the conference's first ever digital conference guide, and most recently began work on developing a scholarship and mentoring program for college-aged seasonal staff to have their first ever opportunity to attend a professional camp conference
