• Manufacture of production and prototype parts and assemblies for advanced frequency etching and plating machinery• Gained experience with both manual and CNC machines along with other machine shop tools• Worked closely with engineering and R&D departments providing feedback and input on new product manufacturing• Familiar with many different materials including metals, engineering plastics, composites, and ceramics• Coordinated the development of new manufacturing techniques and tooling for part machining and inspection• Responsible for inspection and quality control of machined parts along with maintenance of metrology lab and equipment
