I'm leading our most recent Employer Branding Positioning project, being responsible for its strategy, organization, development, and implementation.We're establishing our EVPs and brand message accordingly and ensuring our social channels and talent programs are aligned with them.I'm also responsible for our employer brand architecture and how our talent.

My role as an employer branding designer is to ensure the maintenance of our branding guidelines in this specific brand vertical. I'm responsible for all the look and feel of this type of communication, including graphic elements and audiovisual projects.I also have an essential part as a consultant in the art direction for employer branding's contents in.

I develop graphics for social media and ecommerce in general, some with motion graphics for artists such as Wesley Safadão, Marília Mendonça, Thiaguinho, Bhaskar, Duda Beat, and others. I coordinated graphic projects for albums and projects by the singer Ana Vilela, and the electronic music label Austro Music, and built visual identities for the label's.

I was part of the research group of professors Rita Couto and Cristina Portugal, at the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Design and Education at PUC-Rio. The research consisted of creating an ebook for iPad made for deaf and hearing children, and in it, I learned a lot about UI and UX and realized the lack of digital solutions for deaf and hard of hearing.

Responsible for updating and pricing the product catalog on the platform (Magento), also helping to define and implement organizational processes.I gained experience and practice with spreadsheets and had a lot of contact with the universe of startups and entrepreneurship.
