I am at the forefront of shaping and amplifying the brand presence of deco.cx.As the Head of Brand, I oversee our visual identity, brand strategy, and marketing launches for new products, as well as all marketing events, ensuring a cohesive brand perception across all touchpoints. My responsibilities include managing community relations and maintaining brand integrity. At deco.cx, I guide our brand narrative, collaborate on strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that establish us as the thought leaders in frontend solutions.From orchestrating major brand campaigns to fostering meaningful connections with our audience, my mission is to keep deco.cx not only visible but vital in a competitive digital marketplace.

I'm leading our most recent Employer Branding Positioning project, being responsible for its strategy, organization, development, and implementation.We're establishing our EVPs and brand message accordingly and ensuring our social channels and talent programs are aligned with them.I'm also responsible for our employer brand architecture and how our talent and educations programs connect to our main brand.

My role as an employer branding designer is to ensure the maintenance of our branding guidelines in this specific brand vertical. I'm responsible for all the look and feel of this type of communication, including graphic elements and audiovisual projects.I also have an essential part as a consultant in the art direction for employer branding's contents in social media, internal communication assets, institutional presentations, UX templates, online campaigns, and events. As a team, I've participated in impactful deliveries, such as designing our employee value proposition from scratch, remodeling important cultural rituals for the company, and enhancing brand reputation on social media.

I develop graphics for social media and ecommerce in general, some with motion graphics for artists such as Wesley Safadão, Marília Mendonça, Thiaguinho, Bhaskar, Duda Beat, and others. I coordinated graphic projects for albums and projects by the singer Ana Vilela, and the electronic music label Austro Music, and built visual identities for the label's events and projects.I learned a lot about coordinating projects, getting involved directly with suppliers and artists, balancing the creative demand coming from artists, the practical feasibility of implementing projects, and the insights coming from partner platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Google, among others). I had the opportunity to develop my skill with motion graphics a lot, given the weekly demand for promotional pieces for the label's releases.

I was part of the research group of professors Rita Couto and Cristina Portugal, at the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Design and Education at PUC-Rio. The research consisted of creating an ebook for iPad made for deaf and hearing children, and in it, I learned a lot about UI and UX and realized the lack of digital solutions for deaf and hard of hearing users.

Responsible for updating and pricing the product catalog on the platform (Magento), also helping to define and implement organizational processes.I gained experience and practice with spreadsheets and had a lot of contact with the universe of startups and entrepreneurship.
