After graduating Belding High School in 2006, I joined the United States Air Force. Within months of training for my new position in the military as an armament systems apprentice, I received my orders to Okinawa, Japan. I would be stationed there for two years, working long hours on the flight line loading, fixing, and maintaining multiple F-15 armament systems. I enjoyed every minute of my job. When my two years were coming to a close, I received orders to Germany. I would be placed off the flight line working on more in depth maintenance of the 30MM GAU-8 Avenger and other armament equipment for four consecutive years. This would be my last base in the military. I was honorably discharged in 2013. I studied business at Davenport University and currently hold a GPA of 3.9. I took time away from school when an opportunity arose to own/operate my own fitness club. I am the current owner of Newaygo Fitness Club in Newaygo, Michigan.
