Sprout is a platform that bridges the gap between startups looking for actionable student talent and students looking for exciting and innovative work spaces. Since launching our beta model, we have:• Built up a user base of over 4,000 students• Partnered with over 35 student organizations across the country, including Stanford CS + Social Good, UCLA Bruin Entrepreneurs, and Harvard Innovation Labs• Partnered with 15 startups to deliver exciting internship opportunities to students• Won the Penn Venture Labs Innovation Fund Implementation Award

• Achieved broad understanding of numerous industries through attendance of informational sessions• Assisted employers and recruiters from numerous firms throughout their recruitment process of students

• Outreach of recent alumni to follow up on their plans post-graduation• Employer vetting and approval/rejection of firms looking to get involved with Penn students

Worked to curate an interdisciplinary club where students from any school could go to grow their applied understanding of behavioral science.

• Spearheaded effort to rebuild and rebrand club through a business process redesign• Established and oversaw the operations of six committees, including content, finances, marketing, and more• Interviewed CEOs, founders, executives, etc. from companies such as Apple, Lyft, Wieden+Kennedy and more to roll out media content to greater Penn community, averaging around 400 views per post

• Researched transportation markets across the country to find optimal expansion areas to present to founder and CEO of med-tech startup• Organized and led team of 6 weekly to establish workflows and discuss insights
