As a Junior AI Engineer at Optimy.ai I primarily focus on managing and improving existing AI-projects within the company. I also work to design new systems which are in use by thousands of users across Canada. I also am a part-time researcher at Western University, where I work on developing innovative solutions for optimizing charging algorithms with electric vehicles. I collaborate with other graduate students and researchers across the globe and presented my research at the 22nd ICMLA (where I also won the Best Paper Award). I integrate AI learning algorithms into my research and use cutting-edge simulators to test and evaluate my ideas.I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with other students who are interested in computer science fields. I hold leadership roles in two of the largest computer science student clubs at Western University: the Western Developers Society and the Western AI. I manage the technological output of the former and oversee the project teams of the latter, ensuring their strategic alignment with the club's mission and vision, while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.I am currently pursuing a Master's of Engineering Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering and AI at Western University. I completed my Bachelor's of Engineering Science in Computer Software Engineering where I consistently maintained a high academic standing (4.0 cGPA). I have also completed several online courses and certifications on supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, which have enhanced my theoretical and practical understanding of AI.I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world problems and challenges, and to contribute to the advancement of AI and EVs.
