I am a very hard-working individual and believe that getting the job done right the first time is always the best option. I have skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. As well as a Digital Marketing Certificate, an email Marketing Certificate, and three different Social Media Marketing Certifications. including HubSpot marketing certification 1 and 2. I have 3+ years of customer service, teamwork, and leadership experience working as a Produce clerk at Real Canadian Superstore. I have leadership, teamwork, and problem solving with my time as a referee working for Hockey Alberta. I had to solve problems with coaches and players fast and effectively before things got out of hand. I played hockey until I was 17, in this time I learned teamwork, leadership and how to work hard to get what I wanted. I believe that doing the right thing no matter how hard is always the best option. I also learned time management skills having to work between school, friends, family, and hockey all at the same time. During this I was still able to be one of two students in my grade 9 class to never miss a single day of school.In addition to my customer service and leadership experience, I also gained valuable marketing skills during a summer internship at Black Diamond Lodging & Accommodations. In this role, I was responsible for managing and enhancing the company's social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. I also led efforts to audit and improve three different websites for CAN, US, and AUS. Ensuring they were user-friendly and optimized for search engines. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to effectively engage with customers online, complementing my other certifications in digital and social media marketing.Additionally, I was offered the position of Produce Supervisor because of my exceptional work ethic and ability to go above and beyond in my place of work. I did have to turn it down, due to school commitments and being unable to work full time at the time of the offer.
