Alongside fellow artists and engaged students, I've actively contributed to the development of mural designs that enrich the courts' visual narratives. Simultaneously, I have also curated various merchandise and crafting promotional assets for social media and events, all aimed at amplifying awareness about our organization and its impactful undertakings.- Hosted launch events at each court that went through a full restoration, including new asphalt, backboards, and rims. The grand opening events were attended by over 2,000 people, covered by four news outlets, and sold $9,000 in merchandise. After finishing the designs, we spent two weeks painting the courts by hand. Now, it is rewarding to see the previously unused courts be packed when I walk by.- Completed the restoration of three full courts as a part of a larger initiative called Project Pick & Roll, taking place in Regina’s inner city communities in summer/fall 2022. Established powerful relationships within the community and raised funds from partners such as Canada Basketball to help us achieve larger projects and more of our goals moving forward.- Planning to do projects in Winnipeg, Toronto, and Mexico for 2023-2024. Hosted a basketball tournament in San Pancho, Mexico, in early March that was attended by 100 players and locals from the community. - Partnered with NBA Canada to complete an outdoor court restoration project in Toronto, where the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) will play their first preseason game in Canada.
