Inspirational people leader and Senior Project Manager providing a vast variety of Civil Engineering Services in the Northwest U.S. Beginning my career at the Washington State Department of Transportation I spent over 10 years excelling in positions with needs varying from design, construction, planning, traffic, environmental, hydraulics and program management. The focus at WSDOT was to grow technically in the engineering field and build a broad knowledge of transportation projects. Transitioning beyond State Government and into Local Government I spent 2 years as the County Engineer for Kittitas, gaining insight to the opportunities, challenges, and operations of municipal government and special use districts. Mentoring, leading, and sculpting the culture at Kittitas was the primary focus as County Engineer.With Jacobs, my project oversight experience has varied from large-scale infrastructure improvements to small planning and preservation projects for a wide variety of public and private clients. I continue to focus on business development, strategic growth, and serve as a people leader for our diverse teams as the Yakima office leader.
