I am a shareholder (equity partner) with Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore, P.S.C., the oldest law practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. A large part of my practice involves drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial leases and handling business acquisitions (both asset and equity purchase and sale transactions). I routinely represent clients on nationwide transactions involving AmLaw 100 firms.But I represent businesses and business owners of all types and sizes. My client mix runs the gamut: I have assisted plumbers, doctors, dentists, toy manufacturers, web designers, veterinarians, home builders, property owners, restaurant operators, and pretty much any other business type that you can imagine. I believe that when business owners hire counsel to handle their legal needs, it allows them to focus on their true skills and passions. I am a proud husband and father of four (!) wonderful children. Outside of the office, I am an avid reader, antique book collector, diehard Nashville Predators fan, and competitive powerlifter.
