I have a background in entrepreneurship, financial engineering, technology, and the military.As CEO at Vx Logistics, I built a team of more than 100 employees. As a Delivery Service Partner contracting with Amazon, we deliver smiles to millions of Amazon customers per year.As Chief Economist at LCM, I blended economic insights with statistical analysis to help steward over half a billion dollars of client assets.At LMWA, my mission was to build stronger investment engines to power the portfolios of our clients toward the attainment of their goals. I also co-founded a fintech startup, Factor Technologies. As the company proceeded through multiple rounds of financing, it received one of the world’s few patents for constructing investment indexes. FT used its intellectual property to create ahead-of-their-time strategies to serve as the methodologies for a suite of ETFs. FT also developed an automated saving and investing platform geared for millennial women.I served the Air Force for nearly ten years. As an Air Battle Manager, I was a crew member on the JSTARs aircraft, deploying four times and flying more than 500 hours combat sorties. For 18 months, I advised coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan on the employment of air-to-ground munitions.I graduated with an MBA from UCSD and my BS in Finance from the University of Florida. I also earned my Private Pilot's License with an Instrument Rating at Coast Flight Academy. I completed a computer programming bootcamp at Dev Bootcamp where I learned full-stack development. In 2012, after my time in the Air Force, I settled in San Diego, along with my two "spin-offs", Landon and Reese.
