    Contracted to lead the mechanical design on various assemblies in the 'ENCL' (enclosure) a large assembly within the Narrow Field Infrared Adaptive Optics System (NFIRAOS) a Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT) project. Leveraging SolidWorks I designed various static and mechanical assemblies for tolerance sensitive parts and assemblies subjected to-30 °C and ISO-9 clean-room requirements. I developed a file structure system for all documentation related to the project that eventually was adopted by the company as a whole including drawing templates and reports. I was responsible for the review of all previously designed parts and assemblies for DFM and DFA considerations. I drafted multistage fabrication drawings for various hatching systems, cooling systems, and mechanical latches and carried out calculations on parts and assemblies for static loading, thermal expansion, and heat transfer. Additionally I worked closely with vendors, and other contractor to create DFMEA and design reports for the National Research Council (NRC)

The system allowed the user to toggle the bike between a climbing efficient mode and an improved descending mode. The system adjusted both the geometry and suspension curve of the bicycle.
