I have been employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician through Fred Meyer for the last two years. Prior to this I worked in customer service at Fred Meyer for over two years and at the Portland Community College Bookstore for 2 years. My job responsibilities at all places of work included customer service, cashiering, and inventory. As a Pharmacy Technician I gained valuable experience about insurance billing, laws and regulations surrounding healthcare, pathology and medication indications. I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors in Science with a minor in Biology. I earned my diploma with 3.6 grade point average. Prior to PSU I attended Portland Community College; I completed 52 credits with a 3.8 GPA. I volunteer in my spare time in a variety of ways including: donating my O- blood with Bloodworks NW, planting and maintaining trees with Friends of Trees, and assisting individuals with food insecurity get food with St. Patrick's food bank.
