Operations• Oversaw the build-out of new office space, tenant improvements and move to new premises. • Moved the firm to a new insurance carrier to enable ongoing analysis and predictability of the firm’s insurance requirements.• Implemented a new phone system to meet the growing demands of the firm.

Within two years, the firm realized a 30% increase to net profit.Human Resources• Developed a superior senior management team responsible for implementing objectives of the strategic plan.• Implemented an effective job performance program resulting in improved staff moral and performance accountability. Finance• Reengineered accounts receivable best practices resulting in improved collection of aged accounts receivable by $600k, and WIP/AR lock up by 26%.• Restructured the finance team and decreased month-end reporting by 5 days due to improved processes.Information Technology• Assessed current state of Information Technology and recruited a Director of IT to virtualize an aging physical infrastructure that provided redundancy and disaster recovery. Operations• Managed tenant improvements for two office moves; $700k tenant improvements for a new location in Surrey and $100k for relocation in Kelowna within 7 weeks of signing a lease.• Leveraged all team members resulting in reduced overtime of 4,000 hours annually.Mergers• Supported and played a pivotal role in the negotiations and due diligence of the merger of KNV and MNP. • Responsible for the successful integration and transition of KNV programs and processes to those of MNP’s with a continued attention to team and client retention.
