As an Endpoint Administrator, I play a key role in the successful deployment and administration of the new Healthcare Information System (HIS) within our organization. My responsibilities are centred around ensuring seamless endpoint management, security, and efficient operations across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities: Azure & Active Directory Administration: Manage and maintain Azure and Active Directory objects, ensuring proper authentication, authorization, and user management. Group Policy Management (GPOs): Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects to standardize and secure our IT environment. SCCM & Intune Administration: Package, configure, and deploy software and updates using SCCM and Microsoft Intune for both on-premise and remote endpoints. Mobile Device Management (MDM): Deploy and manage iPads, Android devices, and other mobile endpoints to ensure they are secure and compliant with organizational policies. Secure Printing Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of secure printing solutions over 802.1x networks. Automation & Scripting: Utilize tools such as ADHQ, Bomgar, and PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot issues. Active Directory Migrations: Lead and manage intra-forest Active Directory migrations to consolidate and modernize directory structures as part of organizational improvements.With my experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration, I ensure that the technical aspects of the HIS project are robust, secure, and aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
