The project offers commercial representation, storage and logistics services for other small producers diluting both logistics and commercial costs for all the chain and generating a win-win relationship between brands. By the and of 2022, I simultaneously coordinated 12 small producers at the commercial and logistcs portfolio.At this project I leadered the development of commercial, financial, tax and logistcs model, in addition to commercial pricing, trade market and processes for inventory control.At the end of 2022, the distributor's results corresponded to more than 40% of the total revenue of three of the twelve producers that made up the portfolio.At the non-profit organization, from 2017 to 2022 I represented Pardinho artesanal at the Caminho do Queijo Artesanal Paulista group (Association created by cheesemakers in order to promote small producers cheese consuption), holding events with record attendance and high representation in the Brazilian haute cuisine marketplace.300% increase in revenue at the last four years of my management.
