During my work assignments in the company, I worked in the following departments.Management of wind sector:I supported the executive assistants of the head of the business unit, including tasks such as financial scenario planning for US subsidiary, break-even analyses and financial analysis of P&L statement and balance sheets.Repowering department:I was responsible for international customer contact, updating offers and promoting wind energy turbines. Further, I supported different members of the department concerning legal and financial topics and additionally, handled several back office activities for the department.Project Finance:During my two work phases, I was first part of a legal team, dealing with permission agreements, SPAs, GC contracts, etc. I was further responsible for the preparation of supplements of the existing contracts.Second, I participated in creating and modifying cash flow scenarios and proposal preparation for bank loans for a two-digit million euro wind energy project in Germany.Corporate Finance (Chilean subsidiary):I assisted the CFO regarding controlling and financial planning issues and further, I was responsible for offer preparation and general administrative issues.

My responsibilities in the subsidiary included a thorough and subsequently frequent updating of financial figures for headquarters' controlling department.Additionally, I assisted the CFO regarding short and long term corporate financial planning.Last but not least, I prepared presentations for the local CEO and assisted in proposal preparation.

During my internship, I was part of a team responsible for the Eastern European Market regarding marketing and business development topics.Therefore, I conducted market analyses, prepared presentations for business development in EE and prepared price lists for several markets.Moreover, I assisted the head of department regarding organizational and administrative issues.
