Principal System Management Specialist
CurrentTrakCare Backline Support.Provide expert systems support for U.S. TrakCare installations including performing patches/releases/builds on the required TrakCare customer platforms in accordance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements as agreed with the customer for software release authorization and installation;Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for server issues for all U.S. TrakCare implementations;Provide technical support for custom development, i.e. JavaScript, user defined functions, interfaces, reports, extracts, data migration scripts and conversions;Develop and deliver internal and external training on TrakCare server issues;Support and test TrakCare internal and external utilities, e.g. patching tool, print service, etc.;Monitor and respond to Technical Team calls on server issues using the TrakCare Response Center logging system;Provide technical support and expertise to pre-sales engineers on server architecture, configuration, hardware sizing and related server issues;Produce technical TrakCare documentation such as reference materials, installation instructions, user guides, knowledge-based articles and how-to’s for server issues;Participate in on-site TrakCare technical training and/or implementations, if required; andResponsibility for all TrakCare server scripting, maintenance, and verification of backups.
