Responsible for planning, control, and continuous improvement of the sales team. Responsible for founding and coordinating the organization, which aims to encourage young students from public schools to become transformative agents through innovation and social entrepreneurship. Key results and responsibilities:- Conducted a pilot project in 2019 with 26 graduating students, expanding to 152 impacted students in 2020 across three ETECs- Led the team during the first 2 years of the project and structured the processes for people management, product development, partnerships, and events- The positive results led to the creation of a USP course associated with EMpreende SIM!, significantly increasing the number of participating students and schools from 2021 onwards. By the end of 2023, the project had impacted over 1,100 students.

Startup with the mission of promoting mental health and well-being for healthcare professionals. The project emerged from the USP Covid-19 Challenge, where we were winners among more than 900 participants, and it went through the pre-acceleration programs Startup Lab/NEU-USP and Samsung Ocean.

In the Presidency, my goal was to ensure the integration and representation of FEA Social, as well as to guide its strategy, setting paths driven by our values and culture.

Responsible for leading the Incubator, ensuring motivation and integration among its 16 members, and overseeing the three incubation projects carried out. Additionally, responsible for enhancing the incubation methodology, conducting training cycles for project developers, and engaging in the recruitment and selection of social entrepreneurs.

Worked on the incubation project for A Bordar Espaço Terapêutico, a social enterprise located in Grajaú that aims to bring mental health services to the periphery. Throughout the incubation process, we profiled the space's clients, developed its business model, and created its short and medium-term strategy.
