Lucas has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, management, and leasing. He is responsible for identifying retail, land, and redevelopment opportunities across California, building direct relationships with property owners, brokers, and other commercial real estate stakeholders. Lucas leads the development process from cradle to grave: site sourcing, underwriting, PSA negotiations, due diligence, tenant leasing, development, and disposition. Evergreen Devco is actively acquiring retail, multifamily, and industrial development or value add sites in California and Western U.S. Mainly focused on retail development opportunities for single-tenant, NNN leased retailers across Southern California.Evergreen sources single tenant, multi-tenant, and grocery anchored shopping center development. We manage multiple demands including strategic site selection, store design, governmental entitlements and efficient construction. We acquire land, redevelopment, and existing retail properties throughout California, and construct new and value add multifamily apartments in the western United States.
