Hello, I'm Lucas!! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Sciences and completed a PhD in Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (UBA). During my last two years as an undergraduate student, I participated in an unpaid internship at an immunovirology lab, where I gained hands-on experience with ELISA and flow cytometry techniques. After graduating, I worked in a stem cell lab, developing skills in cell culture techniques within a laminar flow hood and managing flow cytometry. My doctoral research focused on the molecular study of two signaling pathways in Saccharomyces cerevisiae under stressful conditions. During this time, I mastered molecular biology techniques such as RNA/DNA extraction, protein purification, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, PCR, RT-qPCR, among others. Following my PhD, I transitioned into the biotechnology industry in research and development, applying stem cell technologies to the development of human tissue models. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of regenerative medicine and cellular therapy, aiming to improve therapeutic options for patients through innovative solutions.
