About Lucas Pace

A career motivated Brazilian Aeronautical Engineer and Landing Gear Technician with a B2C and B2B customer experience. With a landing gear traineeship in Dublin Aerospace, sales and customer support experiences and two internships in an aviation consultancy company, working in the commercial and technical maintenance control departments; I have proven ability to manage commercial projects, create maintenance control worksheets, disassemble 737’s and A320’s landing gears for overhaul maintenance, interpret manufacturer manuals and regulatory documents and liaise with all levels of staff and clients. Also, dividing my time between a high demanding Aeronautical Engineering and Landing Gear Technician course with full-time/part-time jobs I soon developed strong organisational skills and good capacity to keep focused on my long-term goals."Aviation is the proof that given, the will, we have the capacity to achieve the impossible." Edward RickenbackerMY STORY:During and after my secondary school, I funded myself by working in multiple jobs in order to afford my Aeronautical Engineering degree. Unfortunately, or rather fortunately, after 3 years I found myself financially incapable of continuing my studies. As a solution I went to Italy to take my Italian citizenship and then I moved to Dublin, through which I could earn the necessary amount to retake my studies. Back in Brazil, in the last years of college I participated in two internships in an aviation consultant company (BREVETT Inteligência Aeronáutica) where I could expanded my knowledge of the aviation sector and had first contact with aircraft maintenance. However, after my graduation I took the hard decision to come to Ireland to keep improving my English skills and start a career in the European market.
