Following IBM's acquisition of PWC, I continued to work on increasingly complex projects as Senior Managing Consultant. In this new role I have dealt with both the pre-sales phase with its definition of the economic proposal, and the actual implementation of complex programs of transformation and outsourcing with direct customer responsibility for projects. The relevant industries were mainly in the telecommunications, insurance and banking sectors.

At PwC I started the typical "training on the job" course of management consulting companies that led me to fill various roles in projects up to that of Managing Consultant. The scope was mainly that of Reporting for Top Management, Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence, I had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of industries (mainly Automotive & Telecommunications).
