Holds a Master’s degree in Plant Biology from UFMS – Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (2010), and a major (Bachelor and Licentiate) in Biological Sciences also from UFMS (2006 and 2007); has had experience in Botany, focusing on the taxonomy of phanerogams. Participated in the upper level Theology course at Escola de Teologia em Casa (2011). Previously worked first as a Science teacher at Escola Estadual Pólo Prof.ª Evanilda Maria Neres Cavassa (2010-2011), a state school for juvenile offenders in the state of MS, Brazil; and as an English teacher at Wizard by Pearson (2013-2019).
