Where appropriate, refering and liaising households to debt / money advice services and Revenues and Benefits services.Authorising invoice payments. Recharging cost, budget. Generating invoices and monitoring repayments.Shortlisting, allocating and managing the day to day operation of the contracted out management of Private Sector Leased temporary accommodation.Undertaking investigations and compiling evidence as part of legal paperwork, such as legal Notices to Remove from the Property. As part of the case investigation, ensuring detailed statements are taken in accordance with legal requirements and established procedures. Maintaining detailed reports of all interviews and information gathered for assessment, audit trails and statistical purposes.Recommending and agreeing with Council staff, the Homelessness Prevention Team, Community Safety Team, Police and others the most appropriate means of resolving breaches of the Occupancy Agreement.

My role as a Senior Support Worker was to ensure delivery of support agreements for area of tenancy support, health needs, personal development, emotional issues and inclusion. I was responsible for participating in the referral process, interviewing and selection procedures. I was responsible for carrying out needs and risk assessments. I managed quick and rapid response service. I developed and managed computer data base maintaining records for 140 referrals of capacity and 50 new cases on a monthly basis. I was responsible for time management of staff, supervisions and appraisals. I managed service delivery, KPI's and quarterly reports. I was responsible for implementation of ECCO live systems access and use of IPADS throughout the service. I developed, reviewied and renewed Support Agreements with service users and if appropriate ensure the involvement of the service user or theirs advocates throughout the process. I provided mutually agreed personalized care and support to allow service users to live their lives to the full potential by promoting choice, independence and personal rights. I led and contributed to regular reviews of the service user’s support and personal care. I ensured all work undertaken was based on the assessment of the risk to staff and service user. My role was to recognize change as an integral part of the delivery of support and personal care.
