Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, design and day-to-day activities including:- Finding and testing the best traction channels to build the platform community.- Supporting the development and expansion of the community. - Curating relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.- Creating and managing all published content (images, video and text). - Monitoring, listening and responding to users according to Bliive's core values - Taking part in design (ie: branding, UX design, ads, startup pitch decks). - Compiling social media report to present results to management.- Advocating for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions when necessary.- Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. - Supporting PR and media initiatives.

In this fully horizontal hierarchy junior enterprise, my work included planning and executing the attraction, development and monitoring of human resources using organizational climate tools. The main project was the organization of the company’s selection process, a 2-week event with participation of 90 candidates taking cases, dynamics and interviews, carried out with the training and support of the Cia de Talento’s partnership.
