Improvement and innovation have developed into a core aspect of my life. Co-Majoring in Finance & Entrepreneurship within the Kelley School of Business has allowed my fellow students and I to explore Innovation within numerous industries and businesses. My continued pursuit of creative problem solving, team-oriented communities, and leadership roles will continue to carve my long term life goals.Team-Oriented: Working at the prestigious Butler National Golf Club challenged me in many ways; it taught me the importance of interpersonal connection and the value of synergistic teamwork within a business.Leadership: As the manager of a large alpine rental shop, I am responsible for scheduling, leading, and creating an understanding culture within my team of 25+ employees in order to provide a safe and satisfactory alpine experience.Creative Problem Solving: I worked with a small development team over the peak of the pandemic to start a personalized clothing marketplace. We dedicated over 6 months to creatively build this business through cost effective social-media marketing, efficient outsourced shipping, and effective centralized company communications.Goal: I strive to utilize the tools my experience has taught me, and will continue to teach me, in order to have the ability and skillset necessary to start and operate my own company.
