I was responsible for the development, design, and implementation of the valuation platform used by valuation professionals every day. I worked closely with executive management, primary stakeholders, and valuation professionals through direct interaction, user interviews, stakeholder interviews and executive discussions to determine and develop technology solutions that meet the needs of the changing valuation business while keeping in mind the technology road map of the firm. I also relied on my own commercial real estate industry experience to understand the needs and changing demands of the valuation business.• Provide strategic direction for the planning, development, evaluation and coordination of all functions and related resources for the enterprise technology systems.• Assist with portfolio reporting of large scale portfolio valuations with assets across the USA.• Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation that includes the spec, build out, and complete integration of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and property comparable database with sales, leases, rent surveys, and income/expense records. • Manager for a custom Office Business Application (OBA) that integrates data from Argus DCF 15 in collaboration with Argus Software.• Oversight of the enterprise applications team managing key systems such as financials, reporting, forecasting/modeling and business intelligence.• Responsible for preparation and monitoring of technology budget including capex.• Develop and deliver in-person training program for on-boarding of all new production employees which includes teaching best practices within valuation methodology and Argus DCF.• Write in-depth instructional guides and create custom video tutorials to aid in training on enterprise applications and system platforms.• Facilitate effective communication between staff, users, management, vendors and technology resources.
