- Responsible of defining and transforming the Comercial Policy in Iberia. Guide key players (Key Account Managers,CCC, Product Managers, Sales force) in their strategical decision taking to accomplish the needs of our ComPol.- Setting the strategy hand to hand with the business units to reach pricing and discount policy goals. - Develop the Pricing action & strategy plan hand by hand with local Iberia Business Units.- Analyzing all these Special Agreements with the BU´s and Pricing, with the main target of improving profitability of all of them.

- Responsible of controlling costs for the logistic center CME.- Reporting P&L, cost and margins for some entities Iberian Zone.- Process owner of the Transfer Price Campaign, ensuring the correct margins and benefits distribution for different entities in Spain and Portugal.- Control and analysis of transfer price, production costs and Super Function Cost.

- Development and administration of the promotion campaign for MBA. - Responsible of the recruitment of new customers, elaboration of new plans to improve the sales strategy of the school.
