I lead the initiative to expand operations into African markets. Manage the development and execution of a Single Version Product for the company, and the annual deployment and delivery of the product to major clients. I coordinate efforts between client’s technical teams and SYSDE development teams to perform monthly releases of minor upgrades, with another two major releases per year. I maintain the pricing structure charging customers a recurring fee, and I’ve created partnerships with local implementation firms to expand the solution’s availability and company footprint.
