Initially my work at this family business was to map and develop changes to the administrative processes around the company, implementing work instructions, and providing information to stakeholders. Shortly after my start, an acquisition negotiation started with the Sabin Group (fifth largest Health Services provider in Brazil) and my role became to assist and prepare stakeholders for the negotiation process (lasted over a year).Within the negotiations, I became an intermediary between the two companies, proving them with:- Financial Analysis - Sales Analysis- Organisational mapping- Work structure- Workflow- Developing work instructions- Generating reports and analysis on customer feedback- Mapping client base- Quality Assurance measurementAt the end of the handover process, I resumed my full attention to my core work-related passion: International Business.
