Created 30-day online classes that teach assorted creative skills by following an expert practitioner through their process. Led the cross-functional project to adapt existing classes to a subscription platform. Researched subject areas, structured classes, drafted marketing copy, developed strategic vision, and managed the overall class projects for music production and filmmaking. Built the remote, cloud-based Post Production system, media management structure, and workflow system that supported hundreds of hours of media and 12 full-time Post employees working simultaneously across the US at any given time.
