The Field Sales Trainer is responsible for obtaining sales by conducting full in-home product presentations to customers via scheduled sales appointments utilizing the complete Ten Step Selling Plan in order to achieve required metrics. Utilizing a Ride-Along process, the FST also trains new Sales Representatives in effective sales methods that meet Sears procedures while delivering a superior member experience and striving to achieve required sales metrics.
