Director - National Account Support Team
Current-Oversee Apex Systems' National Accounts Support Team; which provide client success and analytics for Apex's National Accounts and Fortune 500+ Clients-President’s Club Award Winner (2017, 2020, 2022, 2023)-Corporate Social Responsibility Committee Member (2021-Present)-PRIDE @ APEX ERG co-chair (2020-Present)-Global DEI Committee (2022-Present)-DEI Outreach and Communication Committee (2022-Present)-DEI Awards Task Force (2022-Present)-Provide guidance and escalation support for any workforce management, personnel, legal or general contractor/employment issues- Serve as a trusted liaison and advisor for high level executives and management-Oversee a team of internal employees while working in conjunction with back office, payroll and delivery leadership-Lead development and evaluation of all business line operations-Work closely with delivery (recruiting) team to identify, screen and place technical resources-Consistently communicate with senior level IT Directors and management to understand and satisfy their business needs-Create motivation strategies to drive performance and retention-Oversee and provide mentorship for different leadership development programs internally and externally
