The FP&A team plays a critical role to helping senior management understand the business of the investments.1. Profitability Analysis: Prepare business performance analysis from different dimensions; provide dashboarding to internal clients on regular basis; work with product engineers to provide impact analysis on new product profitability.2. Forecast & Planning: Produce on-going financial trajectory for business lines based on yoy performance; advise and produce budgets, short and long-range forecasts; create and analyse business metrics and perform financial controls.3. Financial Steering: Deliver insights into the relationship between costs and revenues to improve business financials, and to provide management a broad and thorough understanding of the Bank’s financial position and opportunities.4. Bank Strategy: Work with CFO and regional financial steering team to define the Bank’s strategic growth roadmap.

Rotation in 5 functions including Global Banking & Advisory, Global Markets, Finance, Risk and Operations.Client Services & Relationship Management:1. Assisted relationship managers in managing client portfolios, preparing call reports, and monitoring credit pipelines.2.
