With a decade of experience in the IT field, recently focused on project and team management, my professional journey has been marked by a wide range of experiences, including consultancy, academic research, startups, and Edtech.My skills are multidisciplinary, making me a “T-shaped professional”. From technical competencies such as mastery of technologies and software, programming, data analysis, creating dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, to managerial skills involving multidisciplinary team leadership, project, product, costs, time, risks, stakeholders, scope, as well as soft skills like effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and creativity.Currently, I am working as a project manager, leading Edtech projects aimed at improving the country's education in products that impact more than half a million users. I implemented agile practices from scratch, data analysis, and close stakeholder follow-up, contributing to a holistic vision.I also accumulated experience in business consultancy, where I later became a partner, demonstrating analytical skills, planning, and execution of solutions in different types of businesses.Additionally, I have worked as an academic researcher, developing investigative skills, composing thought and scientific writing, resulting in several article publications and presentations at nationally relevant events.My educational background includes a degree in Computer Engineering, and I continue to enhance my knowledge through various courses in different areas, along with having advanced English, facilitating international communication.
