As the BD Manager in China, I cooperated with all of our PMs (Product Manager) over the world. According to the technical development and the policy change, I provided some real time information and market forecasting to the director of all BUs. Writing some technology market reports and keeping good relationship with those important government organizations were necessary. I had leaded the whole team to accomplish the department goal every year and cooperate with other departments to promote some new technical or marketing plans. I accomplished some important internal analysis reports of technology marketing to help our product entering the Chinese market during this time. These reports forecasted the developing trends of some China computer and wireless technology standards accurately. And I cooperated with VIA Telecom (a subsidiary company of VIA Group), which is the second CDMA chips provider in the world, to promote China Telecom project. It’s my duty to promote the cooperation between VIA and those important organization or companies in IT industry. As a BD manager of the whole VIA Technologies (China), I should help many sales of other BUs promote their new products and systems, such as VEPD（VIA Embedded Platform Division）, MCE (Multimedia Consumer Electronics).

As the important IC and Software industry promoting platform, CSIP is the official technology connector between the famous IC design companies in the world and those found by Chinese. My main job was to know the achievements and the developing process of chips design of those Chinese design houses.

As the small business founder of DIGILIVING, I dealt with many things of company operation, such as Project Management, Human Resource, and Accounting etc. Of course my main jobs were product design and marketing promotion. We had a serial of Experiment Layout for students in Electrical or Computer major, and now those equipments are used by lots of universities in China. I had joined some electrical products developing base on ARM architecture platform.During these five years I had accomplished many important network system projects, such as the network cabling project for the Universiade Village of the 21st World University Games, the information security network systems of some government units, many VPN systems for lots of small chain of retail stores.

As a beginner from university, I learned more knowledge with those senior engineers in our institute. During this time I joined some project for satellite launching and some systems of satellite tracking & telecommunication.In this institute I had learned some practical methods and gained lots of valuable experiences to be an electrical engineer.
