I started up 12 properties in Italy for turistic purpose managing in person 6 of them in Rome.I was responsible for the overall management of operating and financial aspect of the properties. Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing inquiries and bookings - Property preparation, staging and showings; - Manage inventory, damage claims and security deposits; - Maintaining high occupancy rates and positive online reviews; - Creating excellent relationships with tenants and fostering repeat guests and superior customer service; - Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure. - Monthly reporting: analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies. - Recruiting, training and monitoring all operating staff; - Full management of Administrative & Financial aspects ; - Oversee the general operations while making sure all accommodations meet or exceed the expectations of the guests. - Monitoring guest’s reviews in order to improve the performance . - Develop business by locating new properties, negotiating new contracts and leases. - Dealing and negotiating with contractors and local suppliers. - Increase the net profit by selling extra services
