Translating customer needs and regulatory constraints into technical specifications for the software factory, prioritizing user stories, monitoring the overall system performances, coordinate different software vendors plans, these are some of the exciting tasks I have been contributed to for over twelve years. In these years, thanks to the support of the IT systems and the synergies and expertise of the different company teams, I have witness the three-hundredfold increase in my main client customer base.Due to my passion for technology, I took a master degree in computing systems and I spent my first years in back end and store procedure development. Then after really enjoying a project leader position in 2010, in the last ten years I specialized in managing and coordinating external solution providers within complex multinational projects for the adoption, integration or enhancements of high reliable data processing systems. Thus I developed a Pi-shaped expertise in the energy sector on metering processes and ITIL4® service management practices. Finding stimulating meeting new cultures and communicating in English and Chinese, I am interested in developing further my profile in IT project management within an international company. Strongly believing in the benefit of applying novel approaches to PM issues (Kaizen, LEAN, Agile), I would look for a company applying maturity model approach to management of risk, service management and project management.
