Focusing on core products to increase DPO, reduce inventory and introduce franchising credit recovery plan to decrease DSO.By participating in the digital transformation strategy:• Coordinated the project of ERP SAP S/4Hana implementation for the Business Unit;• Managed the planning project (forecast, budget and predict) with SAP Analytics Cloud, providing valuable insightsto optimize operations and improve financial performance;• Developed a mobile app (Android or iOS) for the sales force to monitor 550 shops. Designed a mobile analytics dashboard with the most important metrics (store turnover, product class, position etc.) and an automatic process for stores inspection. I created this tool by a no-code development platform (Google Cloud AppSheet).
