Luc brings over 35 years of experience in development of products, containing electronics and embedded software, in business-to-business environments. After having worked four years for Siemens in a sales function, Luc joined Philips Semiconductors where he worked in various R&D environments as developer, project- and program manager, group leader and quality manager. After that, he joined Philips Lighting working in the CTO staff. After being requested to take up project manager positions of high visibility projects, he joined a start-up to develop LED based products. There Luc fulfilled roles as project- and program manager and group leader, growing a small team into a large team of engineers in parallel with the business unit to a professional level with hundreds M€ turn-over.Next Luc joined Philips, where he extended his capabilities by working in a R&D environment for medical equipment. Being hands-on with many technical developments in electronics, software and mechanical, he quickly builds trust with team members in R&D. With his customer first mentality, he couples and drives projects to fulfil the business needs.
