Earlier headed the Free Economic Zone ECOS in Armenia, which is an integrated ecosystem and innovation hub for high-tech startups development, bringing more than 9 years of experience in supporting entrepreneurs with growth strategy and performance improvement.In ECOS Lusine headed a set of technological and physical infrastructure facilities for IT-startups development including the Online Education Platform, R&D Centre, Data Centre, The Startup Accelerator and Consulting Services block.Lusine also led the knowledge agenda in Armenian Blockchain Forum, which used to be a communication platform that bringing together tech market leaders, investors and entrepreneurs for exchanging their best practices. The Forum aimed to create a growth role model for small economies, enabling them to make a breakthrough using technologies and digital transformation to enter global markets. Prior to this Lusine has served as a project executive in Like Centre, Moscow, Russia. Lusine is the co-author of the Acceleration DOLINA/SKOROST in Like Centre, which is a business program for launching and growing startups. More than 28000 entrepreneurs participated in this acceleration program at the time of leading the program. In parallel, Lusine was advising startup founders and executives helping design and execute transformational business models and new ways of communicating with customers and building a strong community. Lusine is open for causes, that give opportunities to act and have a greater impact on shaping the most comfortable and productive environment for growing startups and innovation culture as well supporting the digital transformation of the economy through advanced technologies.
