Connecting the Dots publishes and presents Dutch designers and design-culture internationally during key design events and fairs. Our activities are always content driven with a curiosity to express the latest developments in design culture. Since 2010 Connecting the Dots has been publishing design magazines for the design fairs of Milan, London, Eindhoven, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, offering a complete overview of what Dutch Design has to offer. Since 2012 the Milan issue is published together with ELLE Decoration as a double magazine with two fronts to widen the spectrum even further. April 2019 witnessed the last issue of the magazine during the Milan Design Week. Connecting the Dots continues as a presentation platform for young Dutch designers, showcasing Dutch talent through international design exhibitions. One of the off springs being the recurring international design exposition Design Language.

Super-Sonic Jazz presents contemporary artists within the universe of jazz music. Every artist presented by Super-Sonic Jazz blends elements with other musical styles, such as hiphop, funk, soul, electronic music, and free improvisation. Apart from the brand, Super-Sonic Jazz consists of the Super-Sonic Jazz label and the annual Super Sonic-Jazz Festival with artists such as Moses Sumney, Thundercat, Hieroglyphic Being, Sarathy Korwar, Shabaka Hutching and Zara McFarlane.

Paradiso is an internationally renowned venue in Amsterdam, hosting all the great and famous pop artists this world has to offer since 1968.Paradiso's mission is to offer more than live music, and to always explore the borders of pop culture and to offer a podium for non-musical initiatives and projects additionally. The venue offers a variety of events ranging from fashion shows, movies, a modern classical ensemble to a science lecture about belief systems or quantum information. Throughout the years Paradiso has developed regularly returning cultural projects, formed foundations to develop events in and outside Paradiso and has linked external cultural organizations closely to the venue itself.Paradiso draws a greatly diverse crowd: from young to old and from punk rockers to country music lovers, from jazz cats to hip hopheads. The number of events increases yearly, up to more than 900 per year and more than 500.000 visitors per year (in the years of Deleau’s employment).As head of communications Luc Deleau was the first professional within the field of marketing communications employed by Paradiso. With no marketing communication department existing, he built and formed the communications department, simultaneously shaping the communications strategy, press, PR, and marketing policies.

As a travel destination Israel has an incredible lot to offer. A modern democratic country, smaller than Belgium, presents altogether the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea and the Dead Sea; being the deepest point on earth. Not to mention the Judea desert and the Negev in the south and the green valleys in the north where snow covers the ski resort of mount Hermon in the winter. Add the ancient old cultures and Jerusalem being a religious capital for several religions, it makes perfect sense that tourism could be one of Israel’s main sources of income. Yet, this is not what most people think of when Israel comes to mind.Between 1997 and 1999 I was spokesperson in the Benelux for the Israel Ministry of Tourism; and in charge of the public relations policy at the Israel Government Tourist Office for the Benelux. Notable chapters in that period were: the celebration of 50 years of the state of Israel, putting Eilat on the map as a sun destination, the El Al parliamentary inquiry by Dutch parliament, Israel 2000, including opening talks with Palestinian counterparts about the joint promotion of the Holy Land for the year 2000.
