Cannot believe I have worked in international trading industry for so many year.I start to work in international trading industry since graduated from university in 2012. In my first job I worked as merchandiser to handling exporting documents for exporting manager. I as still grateful for my ex-manager, she taught me a lot on how to doing exporting and how to negotiate with clients. From my first job I got most of the basic knowledge of doing exporting.After one year, I left her office and went back to my hometown. She introduced me to a factory and there I got trust from the boss and helped him build his first exporting department. I worked for him for about 3 years and from this job I started to learn to manage a team.In my heart, I have strong desire to grow, to be better, so I left his company. In the next 2 years I changed 2 jobs because of this or that kind of reasons. It was a tough time for me. The first time I doubt about myself and my career.Things started to get better when I decided to attend the postgraduate exam. Finally I was admitted by Jinan University to learn International Business Administration. Then I got a chance to study Cross-Culture Marketing and Negotiation in E.M. Normandie in France in 2019. These two years studying experience rebuilt my ability, knowledge, and value, especially on management, negotiation and marketing.Now I am in Shanghai, work for a lovely company. Even now I haven't stop my step to learn new things.
