Handle Leisure and MICE segment of an specific market, contribute to hotel and departmental objectives and represent the Hotel in different trades and sales trips. Assist developing and implementing the sales strategy depending on the Hotel needs.

To maximize revenue development for the corporate and leisure market, via a structured sales approach in the assigned market segments or countries.To secure and develop new producing local and global accounts in line with the sales targets andbudgets.Negotiating contracts and packages and reviewing sales performance.Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings representing the brand.

Supporting the sales team, including the Director of Sales and Marketing , the Sales Managers and Marketing Executive. Contributed in marketing initiatives such as promotional offers, collaterals and 3rd parties contents. Being one of the key role in the Rebranding of the Hotel :coordinating all the process, developing new brand messaging and educating employees about the new name.Ensuring response to all group and events request qualifying leads, follow up, report generation as needed. Work with the different sales managers to create positive & professional relationships with clients; undertake site inspections of the property and assist with the organization of FAM trips and clients' events. Assist in organizing and coordinating events. Handle the contracting of both acquisition and current accounts

As a part of the 12-month Management Trainee program, I gained experience in differents outlets specially operational, including In-Room Dining, Bar Boulud, Breakfast and Back of House. I attended various internal training sessions, with topics such as Sales & Marketing, Products Strategy, Security, and Human Resources, to support my practical training. The program also included periodic meeting with the Resident Manager and his Assistant.
