- Control and carry out Reportings and Budgets of various group companies and their variance analysis;- Preparation of various analyzes of profitability and calculation of financial ratios;- Responsible for the valuation of stocks, calculation of Overheads and verification of margins by project / client;- Customer credit control, factoring, and credit insurance;- Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of procedures and work instructions transversal to several areas of the company;

Support and trainer in IFS informatics system;Responsible for customer credit receivables, fulfilling the payment terms;Control and report of information’s relating customers and suppliers outstanding amounts, to posterior owners presentation:Verification and elaboration of sales report;Responsible for the treatment of quality costs from customers and posterior imputation to suppliers;Administration support in all necessary information to management;

Weekly, monthly and yearly reporting’s of a company with a yearly turnover of 52 million Euros, to the Group Company Controller;Support in elaboration of Yearly Budget Report;Schedule and prepare quarterly meetings with each company manager, trough the presentation of real versus budgeted information in order to update the budget, and discuss the deviations;Reporting of new Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss to the group company, according to updated budget values;Monthly analyses of deviations from budgeted to real costs, controlling the fulfillment of accounting rules and internal working instructions;Prepare the end of year reports with the overall closure of Financial information (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and a detailed explanation of deviations in each account, Yearly report), to the group Controller and Swedish Auditors;Follow up of Investment plans;Performance of Internal Audits;Monthly Inventories;End of Year valorization Stocks costs, according the accounting rules;Yearly revalorization of each work center cost;Coordination of physical inventories;Calculation of the each article production cost, per group, in order to provide continuous improvements to reduce the price of article and improve the customer satisfaction;Responsible for customer receivables, respecting the payment terms; fulfilling the target of 10% of total overdue but not received amount;Weekly and monthly Sales maps;Customers payments contacts;Customer Quality Claims Financial support, taking care of all credit and debit notes related to the claims;Elaboration of bank conciliations;Monthly calculation of depreciations, emission and verification of yearly maps;Inventory of all production equipments, and follow up of depreciations and actual costs;Elaboration and report of statistic information to the National Statistics Institute and the Portugal Bank.
